Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with True Align. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
If international shipping is available, rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your shipment.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

True Align is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Reach out to us for assistance

We will do our best to help file a carrier claim when applicable.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
